As a Business Development Manager you will play a central role in our growth and success. You will work closely with the sales department to effectively deploy our solution-oriented services and identify new market opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new employees who share our company values and contribute to our success.

This role involves both creative and structured requirements and you will need to think outside the box by nature. We expect candidates to be proactive and have a 'let's get on with it' spirit. To be successful, you should have solid problem solving skills.
